Prof. Dr. Anjani Kumar Jha is one of the most respected figures in Nepalese oncology, serving as the Chairman of Kathmandu Cancer Center. His career spans over two decades, during which he has been instrumental in establishing modern radiotherapy and brachytherapy protocols in the country.
Dr. Jha completed his medical training in Bangladesh and India, followed by a prestigious fellowship in Palliative Care in Australia. His clinical focus remains on high-precision radiation techniques and the integration of palliative medicine into standard cancer care to improve patient quality of life.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Jha is a dedicated researcher and academic, having authored multiple book chapters and research papers.
